Get Creative on Instagram with Music

Want to learn a new way to have fun and be creative on Instagram? Well, we have an exciting new idea to share with you that is a way to mix up your normal Instagram content with what you are already posting, and it is sure to get everyone’s attention. And it’s just perfect because it goes well with Mondays … really well (which luckily, today is a Monday!).

Drumroll please… *DrumRoll*

Thanks granny … It’s called #MusicMonday or #MusicMondays. Whichever you prefer really as they both get the point across … why not just use both hashtags on your post eh? #Genius

To join in on the fun, you will just need to get the app Sounds. Sounds describes itself as a “free way to discover and share music on Instagram,” and that’s just what it is. Find your favorite song, and then they make it really easy to share it with all of your Instagram friends by having an Instagram share button. #InstaLove

Sounds takes advantage of the video feature on Instagram, by allowing you to select a 15-second audio clip from a song, and then they put that over the album artwork of that song. This turns the album artwork into a 15-second video which the music attached. Next thing you know, you and your Instagram friends are jamming.

So now that you know, what are you waiting for? Whether you are sharing your love for country music, rap, pop, or just some of your favorite songs from Disney movies, I can’t wait to see what you share. Pick your favorite song and rock out with all of your favorite Instagram friends.

Happy Monday!
